Describe the bug

The README instructs devs to run yarn install when setting up this repo for development. This command fails.

Steps To Reproduce

run yarn install as recommended by the README with node version v14.15.1 and yarn version 1.22.10 when setting up the repo for development

Expected behavior

no error 😄
