@expede and I have been talking about this a while ago: https://talk.fission.codes/t/webnative-on-nodejs/2240/5

The problem is essentially: We treat the local IPFS blockstore as ephemeral, but store the UCAN in there.

Instead, we should store the UCAN in ~/.config/fission/wnfs/store.json.
