Now, from https://docs.fluentbit.io/manual/pipeline/outputs/opentelemetry, At the moment only HTTP endpoints are supported.

@michaelkira it seems the docs needs to be updated (cc: @leonardo-albertovich ). would you please try out the option http2: on in your opentelemetry output config ?
