Rimworld GUI vanishes ("crashes") when hovering over egg progress for sterilised animals (null pointer) #68

Describe the bug
Egg progress for sterilised animals is sometimes shown (they cannot produce eggs afaik). When hovering over the egg symbol, the whole Rimworld GUI permanently vanishes until restarting the game.
The GUI can be brought back by pressing ALT, but only while doing so. Essentially forcing to Alt+F4.
Hovering over egg process for non-sterilised animals is OK.

Expected behavior

  1. Rimworld GUI should not vanish.
  2. Egg process for sterilised animals should be listed with a "x" or similar. Sometimes that is already shown, not sure in what instances.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Have an egg laying animal (e.g. chicken, duck)
  2. Sterilise the egg laying animal
  3. Hover over still shown egg process icon of the sterilised animal
  4. Rimworld GUI vanishes

same here. i initially thought it was a mod incompatibility since it happened with a modded animal. is this mod abandoned? /genq
