[Feature] Create bar chart component to display execution time

We want to add a bar chart to be displayed on various pages where each bar shows an executions status. The x-axis on this chart represents executions and the y-axis represents the duration of that execution. The bars color is either green or red to represent the terminal state of the execution (where success is green and all other status are grouped as red/failed). Clicking one of the bars will take users to that execution page.

The component should be able to handle various data (eg, task executions, workflow versions, etc)
