History not showing in Edit Page

Hi,
I have installed Submission History Module, but after installing cant visit edit page of any submission from Admin page. For your information I have import data in database by phpmysql.

Could you please help me to solve.

Hi @raktim949, do you mean the Edit Submission page doesn't load at all?

If so, could you check your PHP error logs to see what errors get thrown when you try to go to the Edit Submission page? You may need to contact your hosting provider to find out where the logs are stored on your system.

Also, what versions of the Submission History module and the Form Tools Core are you running?

Let me know and if it's a bug, I'll try to fix it right away!

Yes, Edit Submission page doesn't load at all from admin panel, but opening from client panel and can edit.

There is no PHP error showing.

Core Version | 3.0.15
Submission History | 2.0.5

For your information, It happens when I add form in this module. But, if I deactivate the module then I can edit the submission.
