[Bug] fix the Clear output on windows #1213

VS Code Version: 1.96.4
OS Version: Windows
Code Runner Version: 0.12.2

Describe the bug
Clear Previous Output not working.
It works fine on mac & linux.
I installed it on 2 laptops but same behavior.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

Figure out the issue
Fix it

Actual behavior
Not clearing the previous output. Massive Gaps when we run code 2 or more time

Expected behavior
Clear the Output everytime we run the code.
