Add UI for Spotify Authentication

Describe the feature you'd like
As discussed in the meeting we need to integrate Spotify to listen to music from the smart speaker. So we need a UI setup similar to that present in google home. The logic would be implemented after we are ready with the server support.

Additional context
Currently, we need to implement only the UI so that we can connect this to the server as soon as that is ready.

@vaibhavmatta a part of it has been added. We have currently stopped working in this feature, this will be implemented later, as the feature needs to be implemented in the server first and we will be using webview similar to google home app, to implement it.

Work is currently going on in issues like implementation of plan actions, fixing up server changes and in the susi smart speaker device section. I am currently working in this areas. If you want to work u can work on other issues like fixing up the UI glitches, storing of skills data locally and reflecting them. U should have live data persistence there. Though this are not so hot topics, as during the GSOC period main work is with susi smart speaker configuration and implementation of plan actions. So, I think you can work on the older issues, which I have not worked on, because that doesnot come into GSOC proposed plans.
