As I was searching for a new name, I found this action which is using Docker to setup a PG. The code is pretty simple (9 lines of bash).
I'm wondering if we should work towards this. This will simplify work and deployments, and this will allow users to set their own Docker image, for example to test pre-release version of FDB.
We need to be careful about this, as we still need to install fdb-clients
