- 400 grams of biscuits.
- 250 ml cream
- 100 grams bitter chocolate bar
- 125 ml cream
- 100 grams bitter chocolate bar.
- Smash the biscuits into really small crumbs.
- Take a bowl and add the chocolate (1 bar) with the cream (250 ml).
- Heat them up above a pan of boiling water, keep mixing until you get smooth mixture.
- Add the biscuit crumbs to the smooth mixture and keep mixing until all the crumbs are covered with chocolate.
- Pour all the mixture into an english cake tray and then press firmly so it would stick to the bottom of the tray.
- Put the tray with the mixture into the freezer until the frosting is ready.
- Take a bowl and add the chocolate (1 bar) with the cream (125 ml).
- Heat them up above a pan of boiling water, keep mixing until you get smooth mixture.
- Pour the frosting on the cake and spread it evenly.
- After that keep it in the fridge for atleast 2 hours before serving.
Note: If you are impatient and want to eat this cake as soon as possible ( cause it's so delicious ) and not wait for it to be frozen, you could pour the mixture into a cup and eat it like a cup cake.
