Update misc item icons: Carpets, Cubes, Ropes, and more

Couldn't find enough for different carpets but at least they aren't a hood now. The carpet rolltable has been updated to match. Instant Fortress is described as a small cube before being activated. Rope of Entanglement art is blue, so purple is close enough. Rations are described as jerky, nuts, and hard tack. Didn't have an appropriate icon depicting these but bread is a bit closer to rationable food than a big hunk of meat and as a bonus is veg-eater friendly.
