Copying my comments from The Foundry modules-troubleshooting channel:
My world has a Co-Owner and an Editor and it looks like the User Authentication Token for the module only applies to articles that I've created. When I use the WA button from the Journal tab I can see all articles, even those I didn't create, but I can only import/sync my own. Is this a known limitation or is there something I could do to sync everything?
I'm the only one with a guild membership so even if I wanted to get API keys from them and import one group at a time, I wouldn't be able to. I suppose I could recreate each of their articles so that I'm the original author, but that seems like a rather tedious work-around.
