Whenever a change is made on the Foundry side, it should be transmitted to WorldAnvil during synchronization

Closing this as a duplicate of #6. I do not believe - at this time - that the World Anvil API supports an endpoint to allow data to flow from Foundry VTT into World Anvil. This would require a feature to be added on the WA side to allow this to be worked on.
