The command was removed as part of Client install improvements in https://github.com/freedomofpress/securedrop-workstation/pull/299/files#diff-ea59501ae8d2694c5a897cd5a72b5b68L40
Adding it to the client postinst will ensure the command is run whenever the client is installed.
