Bug report

What is the problem?
the OWM app seems to ignore IPv6 completly. An IPv6 only link will not be reported to the OWM-Server and therefor not be shown.

What is the expected behaviour?
I don't see a reason for not showing IPv6-only link.

Firmware Version:
I find this in the current master-build, but it seems also to affect older releases.

It look like the code is only using the olsrd UCI-file and don't care for olsrd6-UCI (https://github.com/freifunk-berlin/firmware-packages/blob/1226ad42fe81eba6bd74df786320976cc154f006/utils/luci-app-owm/luasrc/owm.lua#L87)
