Mainnet parameter double check with @harry-evans

  • RewardPoolPerEra = 1,534,246.5 FRQCY (153_424_650_000_000 Planck)
  • CapacityRewardEraLength = 14 DAYS
  • CapacityRewardCap = 0.575% or 0.00575 per RewardEra
  • ProviderBoostHistoryLimit = 30 RewardEras
  • MaxRetargetsPerRewardEra = 2
