Add AngleUnit to Polar Class #7

looking at another team's code, I figured out that AngleUnit is really easy to use and we should be using it in our Polar Class.

This would collapse getTheta() and getDegrees() into

public double getAngle(AngleUnit angleUnit){
    return angleUnit.fromRadians(theta);
}

Obviously this would cause changes wherever this is called.
