Provide a link to:

our website
the imprint (for now as external link to our website imprint, maybe there could even be an option to provide an imprint as markdown)
the GitHub repository for the blog

Either configure the links via environment variables, or make it configurable in UI: #37

Links to imprint and GitHub repository can now be added as environment variable
The link back to the website is not displayed yet.
