Hi,
I don't think anyone else has / had this issue (or it would have come up already), so this is probably my setup, in some way.
After racing for quite a while, at some point I start getting a huge lag on the computer, between the time of pressing a button on the shifter (or changing gear, everything lags) and the time the button shows up (turns on or off) on the windows game controller properties page. (and also, in the game)
When it happens - this joystick is the only one that is affected, my steering wheel (fanatec csw) and my pedals (- which also uses arduino micro -) do not exhibit any lag.
I tried changing the USB cable, which didn't help.
Once it happens, I unplug / replug the shifter from the PC and it works again.
-which is why I think it's going to be a real problem to debug..! I can't just make the problem happen.
I wonder if anyone has any ideas? (next time it happens I see if anything is hot on the arduino)
thanks!
(lost at least two races for this issue 😠😠) (not blaming anyone, just angry...)
