Some combinations of servo degrees are dangerous: e.g. an arm can damage the antenna or LIDAR can hold the arm from moving.

We need a system that protects us against this situations, by controlling the angles. Keep in mind that moving the arm through a "dangerous" degree (by specifying a new one) is the same issue.
