Sorry for contacting you like this. I want to ask you about the issue that you raised. OptMLGroup/VRP-RL#3

Have you successfully used the algorithm on real-world data? I am trying on a simple TSP problem of 3x3 but have no idea how to incorporate my data.

This my simple data of the distance matrix.
