When clicking on info icon we should show breakdown of locked balances to user if he has any. Currently the transferrable balance value is extremely off. We should be able to show why it is different from your free balance and show a breakdown. This is what I see currently.

Proposed breakdown in similar sense. Where we explain why we can't transfer full amount and the different locks/reserves are displayed (total values)
