Show progress indicador when importing data

Currently the entire Wammu GUI stalls and becomes blank when importing data to a phone. There is no way to tell if Wammu is doing its job or is just frozen. Even if we assume that Wammu is working properly we don't know whether the import is going to take 5 minutes or 5 hours.

[You can check if Wammu is doing the import with a tail -f /tmp/wammu.log, though this is not an option for the average user.]
