Build Status https://build.osrfoundation.org/job/ign-physics2-debbuilder/52/

There need to be separate install files for tpe, like there are for dartsim: https://github.com/ignition-release/ign-physics2-release/blob/master/ubuntu/debian/libignition-physics-dartsim.install

Also add the package name libignition-physics2-tpe and dependencies to the control file: https://github.com/ignition-release/ign-physics2-release/blob/master/ubuntu/debian/control

I think the TPE files still aren't installed for debian buster
