The user-defined parameters wrt the CGM component in the IGM transmission were not used in the fit and default parameters were always used. Fixed this bug.
The best `SIGMOID_PARAM` values for the CGM component in the IGM transmission have been slightly updated during the refereeing process. Update to the latest values.

Fixes #56. Also, other user-defined CGM parameters (
SIGMOID_PARAM1,SIGMOID_PARAM2, andSIGMOID_PARAM3) in the param file were ignored and the default values were always used. Fixes this as well.
