Non-ASCII text doesn't 'reverse' correctly.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behaviour or a link to the recipe / input used to cause the bug:

Paste something like TVqQ艾艾M艾艾艾艾E艾艾艾艾 and apply reverse by character

Expected behaviour
The non-ASCII character should reverse and not change to other interpreted values as seen in screenshot
