File splitting

rinex-cli supports --split (-s) to split data at a desired Epoch easily.
It expects a valid Epoch descriptor.

Demonstration

Let's start with a quick time frame analysis to determine a valid Epoch for the split operation:

rinex-cli \
	-f test_resources/OBS/V3/ACOR00ESP_R_20213550000_01D_30S_MO.rnx \
	-i -e

["ACOR00ESP_R_20213550000_01D_30S_MO.rnx"]
EpochReport {
    first: "2021-12-20T23:59:23 UTC",
    last: "2021-12-21T00:11:23 UTC",
    system: "GPST",
    sampling: {
        "dt=30s": 24,
    },
}

So this file contains 24 Epochs separated by 30s each, starting on 2021-12-20T23:59:23 UTC (midnight GPST), ending on 2021-12-21T00:11:23 UTC.

Let's split it in equal halves:

rinex-cli \
   -f test_resources/OBS/V3/ACOR00ESP_R_20213550000_01D_30S_MO.rnx \
   -s "2021-12-21T00:05:23 UTC"
