Intent activities can't set data

Collect can launch external apps as described at https://docs.opendatakit.org/launch-apps-from-collect/

Currently, it's only possible to set extras for the intent, not data or type. This is limiting and (I believe) makes it impossible to do things like send emails or text messages which is very powerful.
