Collect v1.4.12

Problem description

It is possible to swipe back from the first question. The first question is displayed over and over again.

Steps to reproduce the problem

  1. Open a form to the first question.
  2. Swipe back.

Expected behavior

It should not be possible to swipe back on the first screen.

Other information

It seems likely to be related to #277 or #274 although I thought we had verified that behavior.
