Guidance Hint example for ODK Collect

A proposed implementation of hint guidance that's being reviewed in this PR would require that the ODK collect tutorials reflect an example of how to add this functionality to a form and how to trigger how it's displayed such as it being collapsed or always visible.

The form structure is adding a guidance_hint column. It can be used in conjunction with hint, label or both.

A description of the settings should be added at https://docs.opendatakit.org/collect-settings/ matching the structure of other settings. This should include a screenshot of what guidance hints look like on a simple text prompt.
