Describe the bug

The Table of Contents on https://porter.sh/docs/faq/ is not up-to-date and the link to How do I run commands that aren't in the default invocation image? doesn't work.

To Reproduce

Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to https://porter.sh/docs/faq/
  2. See that the link to How do I run commands that aren't in the default invocation image? doens't work
  3. See that, e.g., Does Porter have its own registry? is not present in the ToC

Expected behavior

The ToC should be up-to-date a all links should work.
Alternatively the ToC on the page should be removed, in favor of only having the one on the right provided by the theme
