To repeat:
sh devtools/check_analysis_regressions.sh -dd

The answer is:
Abbreviation file for preprocessing - ../tools/tokenisers/abbr.txt - does not exist.
Plese generate before running this script again.

Not-so-intended workaround:

touch tools/tokenisers/abbr.txt

... after which it works.

We should:

• flip the default behaviour
• not bail out when --abbr.txt is missing, as we are not generating it anymore.
