I tried GitLens at least 10 times, but still it doesn't work for me.. help me please

I freshly installed vscode.. signed with my github account
installed Git (added it in PATH directory)
then installed GitLens in extension area

my settings.json code

"git.enabled": true,
"git.path": "C:\\Program Files\\Git\\cmd\\git.exe",

but still the same.. line blame, annonations doesn't work for me

I did multiple requests
created a bug report here #1520

Any fix for these?
