Builder: Drag button issue

After clicking the action's drag button, the element gets removed from the dom. Please refer to the attached video.

I knew the solution and I want to contribute to the codebase.

I was able to replicate the issue only by selecting the menu item and then click drag button. It works normally on other elements if you try it without doing it on the menu element first.
