Mini GPS/BDS Unit is now EOL

I just noticed the original GPS unit in the README is now marked EOL:

There appears to be a V1.1 upgrade here:

Helpfully, the replacement unit is cheaper, with better satellite support and positioning accuracy.

Unhelpfully it is currently "Out Of Stock" and has changed the serial baud rate.
This baud rate change will require a new setting.
