Bubble timeline

Pitch

It would be nice to have a bubble timeline, similar to akkoma’s. The bubble timeline shows toots from instances chosen by the admins, similar to the local timeline but for a small group of instances instead of just your own.

Motivation

This would greatly benefit single-user instances as a substitute for the local timeline, since if someone on one of those were to open the local they’d see nothing but their own toots. With this feature, they could choose one or more instances with stuff they like as a substitute for their now useless local timeline (this is already possible in Akkoma, for example)
