Clumsy MIDI and Zynthian

I've now used my Clumsy MIDI board with Zynthian. You can read about my "Hello World" here: https://diyelectromusic.wordpress.com/2021/03/08/zynthian-and-clumsy-midi/

There were a couple of minor differences in the build compared to my MT32-pi board:

• I've not installed the I2C display. It isn't large enough to do very much for Zynthian anyway.
• I've used stacking headers for the Pi as I might try to add some controls at some point.

The I2S PCM5102 seems to "just work" with Zynthian if you tell it the Audio is a "Hifiberry DAC + Light". MIDI (IN) seems to "just work" anyway.
