Need button to Add new entry with list (Custom Template)

As I have checked the package, you have defined custom template, so how i can use that custom template, I need to provide Add button for new entry with list data. or is there any other way I can achieve this with this package.

@shersankhla I needed the same option, I ended up using the notFound template for adding new items to the list. I think there should be another template option, which can be used to add new items to the list.
