Currently operator can't update cluster when manifest change in any way except component enable/disable/scale.

For example, it can't update configurations or labels.
Also looks like upgrade of operator does not reflect entities update.

The most critical bug: there was a rare case when manifest update lead to cluster descruction.
Let's try to reproduce this.
