It would be great to be able to properly export the cool maps designed with GOAT. I would like to be able to repeatedly create maps of the exact same extent in PDF-Format (preferably vector to raster). When I have the exact same map extent for all my analysis maps it becomes much clearer when comparing them.
I would like to create different analysis of the exact same area (same map extent). Additionally it would be great if I could manipulate the styling of the map afterwards if I at some point notice I want to change some colors o r apply some personal styling. Thus I would like to have two additional functions accessible from the within the Project-Interface:
A Bookmark(Manager) to save the specific map extent and zoom level
A Vektor-PDF-Export Button returning the freshly designed map in a shareable and publishable file-format while enabling post-production options through Vektor-Format.
The Feature could be somewhat like the Q-GIS Layout Manager with a fixed layout containing the Map, the Legend and a scale.
