Update GDScript syntax highlighting for Godot 4.0 #5605

master version of #5606.

  • Highlight annotations.
    • When using the dark theme, the same color as the script editor is used.
  • Add binary literals.
  • Hexadecimal literals only support lowercase x, so update the syntax to reflect this.
  • Update list of keywords for Godot 4.0.
  • Update list of built-in functions for Godot 4.0.
  • Update list of built-in types for Godot 4.0.

I tested on the GDScript reference page and they work as expected.

This closes #4562.
