Godot v4.4.dev4

System information

Fedora Linux 40 (KDE Plasma) on Wayland - X11 display driver

Issue description

Tile map layer editor buttons toggle grid and highlight layer is not showing correct status. They will be correct after toggling them twice first time used.

Steps to reproduce

Create a TileMapLayer
Set Tilset
If you change highlight layers to false and reload project, button now shows true but layers are not highlighted
