Not directly related to #2338, as there is no panic.
Watching for changes in /Users/georg/projects/foo/{content,static,themes}
Now when I change something in foo/themes/own/layouts/partials/nav.html, nothing happens.
foo/themes/own/layouts/partials/nav.html
I tested it with fsnotify directly and it worked, at least non-recursively.
Is the described change even supposed to trigger rebuild?

Ok, the issue was related to the go version. Installing hugo from source on go1.7RC6 solved the problem.
