Proposing to update the existing list printing to look something more in line with Helm and Docker

This would make it easier for users to manage feature sets from the command line. We'd need to add additional fields like UPDATED as well as STATUS.

This is partly implemented already, but it's not clear that we should pursue further development since job management will move away from Core.
