Support tabular figures (mono-spaces numbers) for Montserrat #2628

The Montserrat font fully supports tabular figures, i.e. equal-width numbers, but not when getting the font from Google Fonts:

As a side note: it seems to work on Linux, if the user has the font installed locally, but not on Window.
