This has to be some kind of switcheroo. The accuracy that I'm being shown at the moment of capturing my location in the GROUND Android app, becomes the altitude in the Ground platform entry:

I'm sure that those 11.47m are accurate for the point where I captured the location. The 110m however are most likely not the altitude because at my location, that is rather 60m.
