New priority - Call Notification #309

I think in certain cases it would be nice to be able to open up a call notification instead of just a normal notification.
When one clicks "accept call", it would open a user defined url (maybe to an (web) app that starts a WebRTC connection).

Is this even technically feasible? Thank you!
