What's wrong?

The base image used for docker.io/grafana/alloy is public.ecr.aws/ubuntu/ubuntu:mantic which is the 23.10 release of Ubuntu. Since this isn't a LTS release of Ubuntu it went EOL on July 11 2024.

It most likely doesn't have any major practical implications in this case but security scanners (and sometimes auditors) tend to object to running EOL base images so I propose updating the base image to ubuntu:noble.

I'll submit a PR
