What went wrong?

My grafana is 11.2.3 on kubernetes and Oncall is on a Server .

How do we reproduce it?

  1. Open Grafana OnCall plugin in Grafana UI
  2. Now click Connect button
  3. Wait for few seconds . Error message says:

"Plugin is not connected
Unauthorized/Forbidden while accessing OnCall engine: /api/internal/v1/plugin/v2/status, status code: 403, check token"
