This could be based on GLAM's Google Analytics setup.

I haven't added it here yet because I haven't been able to access the GLAM property in Google Analytics to verify that it's working correctly, although my local testing suggested that it would work correctly. See bug 1656328 about gaining access to the GLAM property in Google Analytics.
